1920's Flapper Dress Tabard done in an Ombré Embroidered and Beaded Net (S)
Our antique tabard was popular during the 1920's and transformed the women's fashion silhouette from the S shape created by corsets and bustles. The flapper dress is characterized by its loose, flowing fit and it's low waistline.
Details of our dress include:
* A net fabric that has been ombré dyed green into blush
* Beautiful beadwork mixed with stunning embroidery
* Dress pulls on over the head and has a cross over slit on the right side ending in an asymmetrical hem
* Tabard is in excellent antique condition with minor wear. Exceptional, considering this piece is over 100 years old.
Measurements taken with dress laying flat. The design is intended to have a draped fit.
Bust: 36"
Waist: 39"
Hip: 44"
Length: 40 to 45" due to asymmetrical hem
